ICC/Decision Services is seeking a sales leader to take charge of our business development efforts in our Wayne, NJ office. The candidate will sell, oversee sales, and assure that the company is well positioned to meet its aggressive growth targets.
First and foremost, the candidate has to be an excellent sales person. The candidate should come in with an established book of business with a history of sales success. The candidate should be solid in the use of CRM and current marketing tools in the Web 2.0 arena.
The candidate will also demonstrate excellence in sales management, and the development of a sales organization. This will require the candidate to have an excellent knowledge of relevant sales metrics. The person needs to be an excellent manager and recruiter, able to grow and develop a sales team.
It is expected that the candidate will contribute to the strategic growth of the firm. This will involve leadership at critical monthly, quarterly, and annual strategy meetings. The candidate should have a passion for entrepreneurism and service, and for the customer experience industry.
-The candidate must have experience in a Marketing Services or Market Research environment.
-The candidate must live in the NY Metro area. The position is based out of our Wayne, NJ or NYC office.
-The candidate must be able to manage a team and sell individually.
-The candidate must desire to work in a fast growth, entrepreneurial environment.
-The candidate must find goals challenging, and willing to report progress on a weekly/monthly basis.
-Sales strategy: Clearly articulate sales collateral required from Marketing for successful sales execution--ROI calculators, case studies, white papers, industry press; prioritize to ensure Company properly allocates resources. Contribute to product development; create, communicate and evolve the company’s distribution strategy--inside/outside, resellers, web-based selling, etc). Design compensation system that enforces desired sales behavior.
-Marketing- Manage all our marketing efforts. This includes our website, presentation decks and CRM initiatives. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a proficient use of current marketing strategy and tactics.
-Revenue: Consistently achieve/exceed across sales goals. Articulate and enforce a repeatable sales model. Use low-cost/high-impact sales management tools to support sales effort. Understand that sales is a process not an art form.
-Win big deals: Personally win big deals; knock down big doors and close deals; close strategic 3rd party relationships.
-Analysis and planning: Monitor sales activity related to existing customers, pipeline, and prospects; provide accurate forecasts; hold sales people accountable for meeting their numbers.
-Teamwork: Interact effectively with other parts of the company, including providing objective win/loss analysis and product feedback.
